The Time Tunnel

I do have a few questions and concerns about the time tunnel that the Dinosaur Train goes through to travel through time.
When it comes to the possibility of time travel, for us humans, as techie and as knowledgeable as we are, time travel is still something that we have only began to look into. IT would take soo much power like the explosion of a few supa novas just to power it up. And the consequences of time travel, as anything you do or touch to alter the past, will have a dramatic changing effect on the future. The chaos of meeting up with your former self would cause a major disruption of the time space continum and the whole planet would just explode.
All of history as we know it would be altered to great extremes that would result in chaos, confusion, and major catastrophies. Technically upon the Dinosaur Train taking is dino passengers through the time tunnel from the Cretaceous, to the Jurassic is causing major problems. Dinos that are meant to live in one time period, are being brought to a future time period, where the changes in the world may make it difficult for the dinos in the past time period to survive. If the dino only ate specific foods, maybe those foods are no longer available in the future time period. Sure life had evolved and changed to new life forms, but there is a reason for that. As the world changed, life needed to change into new forms to make living in that time period possible. Although think of the problems if a dino's home was mostly in a dessert area, and suddenly it was taken to an area with lots of plants, flowers growing everywhere. Would it adapt to it's newly changed surroundings? Would the temperature and climate be suitable for that dino to live in?
These and many other questions are thought of in terms of time traveling. And with all the possibilties of it becoming possible, to travel in the past, and the future, the thought is not whether or not it can be done, but rather if it should be done. Even if movies show the possibility of time travel, it's only a movie, and making it become a reality would be a facinating thing, but are we ready for the results of what may happen to our world as we know it.
Sure, if time travel was possible, you could go and see a live dinosaur, a famous person, even a long lost ancestor of your family. But would you tell them that you were from the future? Another thought of time travel would be if you brought things from the future and took them to the past. Like if you decided to take a high tech computer, a dvd player, or even something modern and traveled 100 years ago. Would you be able to do it, what would be the results of having these technological wonders to be introduced 100 years ago to see how far it would progress and develop. So in a nutshell, time travel may not be that far off, but it shouldn't be used, as there may be some things not full understood about it, and needs further investigating. We may understand the results, but would it be worth changing and altering history as we know it, just to acomplish a different outcome or to correct our mistakes made?

Dinosaur Train Performing Live thought

As popular as the show is on tv, they could make a live version of the show performed on stage. I had a dream about this once. The stage would have one multiple scene of the Pterandon terrace with the nest, bushes, flowers, etc. Then they would probably have large walk around dino characters for scenes on where the Pteranadon family go to for their trip. It would be mixed in with a giant screen for the scenes of the dinosaur train traveling throught the time tunnel and such.
So it would probably be a combo of puppets, walk around costumes, and scenes of the show displayed on the big screen to cover the show. And maybe afterwards during the intermission you would get souveniers of dino flashlights, hats, clothings, videos, and cd sountracks. Perhaps they may offer a live photo opp with the Dinosaur train characters as a fun souvenier to remember the great show by. I've seen the Walking with Dinosaur's Live show, and they did a great job, but sometimes you figure that if a show about dinos is popular on tv, it's gotta be dino-mite upon performing live on stage.
And guarantee that the tickets will be sold out and the place will be packed with tons of kids and adults to enjoy the show.

dinosaurs were gardeners

althogh after the episode where Shiny, Tiny, Don have started their own garden by gathering seeds from various flowers from the big pong, and afterwards planting them by their nest. Afterwards that guy came out after Dr. Scott's Presentation and said "Point of fact, dinosaurs were not gardeners." Well that may not be totaly correct. Well not gardeners as we would be by planting flowers. First, the herbavore dinos would eat the green plants, which would also contain seeds. Then after digesting the plants inside them, they would poop out the waste, which would also include the plant's seeds mixed in. Finally, burried in it's own fertilizer, with rain and sunshine, the seeds would start to grow new green plants. It's been done with animals for millions of years.

Dinosaur Train Halloween special

Leave it up to the creators to have the Dinosaur Train celebrate Halloween.
What a fun concept as everyone rode the train to the Main station, where the train gets turned around. Mr. Troadon (The Conductor) was dressed up as a vampire dino and guied the dinos through a haunted tour of the station. There were spider webs all over that was made by a real spider (very catchy, and spiders were around even at the time of dinosaurs) Various treats were offered during the tour for which Tank the Triceratops had consumed alot of. They made a new friend, a Volaticotherium which was from the Jurassic and was nocturnal. He resembled a flying squirrel and was a mammal. Now the other special had involved a trip to the great pond at night for the celebration of the autumn equinox. The Lambeousaurs family had celebrated this by decorationg the area with Gourds (which are fruit and not a vegetable) So they all went onto the Dinosaur Train to the big pond to enjoy Mr. Lambeosauru's surprise. A large pumpkin patch for eveyone to pick their own pumpkin and carve it.
Then the whole main celebration was there as the orange harvest moom began to rise and Mr. Lambeosaurus had lifted up his carved pumpkin and let the moon's rays shine through it making the pumpkin shine. Ohhhhhh.
I admit that I enjoy looking at the full moon in a night sky and sometimes it looks orange. But because of a certain atmosphere condtion in the sky, it tend to give off the illumination of the moon looking bigger and I loved that. One thing I have to question is that did they have Gourds and Pumpkins back in the Cretaceous period? The show is supposed to be educational and that stupid informer guy comes out to give an important fact. Yeah Dinosaurs didn't celebrate Halloween, but maybe they didn't have gourds back then either as I had looked it up. It seems that the first mention of pumpkins was back 5,000 years in Mexico. Over all it's a fun holiday episode.
